Policy Statement
All Global Boy X music, voice, likeness, artistic output, and intellectual property are not approved for use in artificial intelligence training, voice cloning, deepfake generation, or unauthorized AI synthesis of any kind.
Prohibited Uses
- AI training datasets: Feeding GBX music into machine learning models without written consent.
- Voice cloning: Using GBX vocals to create synthetic voice models (Suno, ElevenLabs, Replica, etc.).
- Deepfakes: Creating fake audio/video of Global Boy X without permission.
- AI generation: Using GBX music as reference material for AI-generated music in the GBX style.
- Commercial synthesis: Generating any commercial content using GBX voice or likeness.
Enforcement
Violations result in DMCA takedown notices, legal action for copyright infringement and right of publicity violations, platform reporting to Suno, ElevenLabs and other AI providers, and IP takedown requests to remove unauthorized voice models.
